First of all: The accessibility of VEIL CARRÉ is excellent! Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, you can reach the central train station or the city center by bike in just ten minutes – and thus, the largest continuous pedestrian zone in Germany. It takes 15 minutes with the bus, that stops right in front of the building, and you can also reach the Endenich-Nord train station in no time! Are you on the road by car? It takes about three minutes to get the freeways to Cologne and Frankfurt and a little more than 20 minutes to Cologne Bonn Airport.
Daily shopping is also easy. The local supply in the neighborhood is complemented by the supply in the Endenich district. Various supermarkets, discounters and a drugstore can be reached on foot or by bike. There is also nothing to stop your sporting ambitions here, as a soccer field, climbing hall and gym are more or less just around the corner. This also applies to the neighborhood’s daycare center, other daycare centers and an elementary school – and the University of Bonn’s technical campus is only approx. one kilometer away.

All the connections for your kitchen are already in place in the adjoining living and dining rooms. From here, we continue into the separate bedroom and out onto the spacious balcony.
Relaxed living for two or more
With spacious 66 to 97 square meters, the 3-room apartments in the VEIL CARRÉ are a relaxed domicile for couples or small families. You enter our example apartment on the 1st floor via an L-shaped hallway. This leads you on the right to an interior shower room with washing machine connection and into the two bedrooms, one of which presents itself with a shower room en suite. On the left you enter the spacious living and dining room with all the facilities for your own kitchen. A wide window front provides here for quite a lot of light and finally flows onto the large balcony.
Family domicile in a modern style
The 4-room apartments in the VEIL CARRÉ also offer plenty of space and straightforward floor plans. Like our example apartment on the 1st floor, they are recommended as classic family domiciles with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the interior bathrooms has a tub, and the second a shower. Space for a washing machine, dryer and more can be found in the spacious storage room. The meeting point for everyone is at the end of the T-shaped hallway, the living and dining room with access to the balcony. The connections for your kitchen are also already available here. The 4-room apartments are available with floor areas ranging from 98 to 111 square meters.

Our 5-room apartments in the VEIL CARRÉ are just as clean and tidy in layout, but with one room more. On 135 square meters, even large families will find enough space to breathe and doors to close. A total of four bedrooms, a spacious utility room, an interior primary bathroom with tub and shower, and another bathroom with a shower offer relaxed living comfort. The heart of the residence is the spacious living and dining room with space for a kitchenette and access to the terrace.
